Before our session
Do I need an exact birth time?
Do I need an exact birth time?
· Check your birth certificate
· Contact the hospital where you were born and ask for your birth record
· If your time can’t be found, consider a birth time rectification with a professional astrologer, who can trace your birth time back through the milestones of your life.
Yes, it’s essential.
Even a 10-minute difference can shift your map by up to 170 miles (275 km) at the equator and completely change the houses in your relocated chart (the areas of life your planets express themselves in, and how strongly they can shine there).
A 60-minute difference can shift your map by up to 1,000 miles. To give you the most accurate, aligned reading, we need to lock in your birth time first.

What should I prepare before my session?
What should I prepare before my session?
When you book, you’ll fill out a short form with your exact date, time, and place of birth, along with your preferences and what you hope to get from our session.
You’ll then receive a confirmation email with a link to our meeting, so you won’t need to send me anything else.
For the session itself, a few simple things make all the difference:
· A charged computer, a stable internet connection, and a working screen and microphone
· Double-check your booking time, especially AM vs. PM: the calendar may show unusual times depending on where I am in the world
· A quiet space and a little extra time beyond the session itself, so you don’t have to rush off anywhere afterward, because we’ll be covering a lot of information
· Something to drink, or even a little snack, so you can settle in comfortably
· A notebook and pen to jot down the key points, even though you’ll get the recording

All sessions take place online via Google Meet, so we can meet wherever you are in the world. You'll receive the link after booking, and the recording of our session is included, but optional.
Do all partners or family members need to attend a couple or family reading?
Do all partners or family members need to attend a couple or family reading?
Not at all. I'll just need everyone's exact birth data in advance, and whoever can join is warmly welcome. Since every session is recorded, anyone who couldn't make it can watch the full reading later.
Can you adapt the session if I have a hearing, visual, or other impairment?
Can you adapt the session if I have a hearing, visual, or other impairment?
Of course. Just let me know when booking, and I’ll gladly adapt our session to suit you, for example with written notes or captions.

Getting to know astrocartography
What is astrocartography?
What is astrocartography?
Astrocartography is the best-known technique of locational astrology: it maps the moment you were born across the whole globe and shows through planetary lines where different areas of your life come alive most easily.

Is astrocartography the same as locational astrology?
Is astrocartography the same as locational astrology?
Locational astrology is the whole field of astrology that studies how place shapes your life.
Astrocartography is its most famous technique: the map with the lines.
My readings go beyond the lines, and also include your birth chart reading, relocated charts overview, parans, fixed stars, asteroids, and local space lines.
Timing techniques and name energy readings are available as an add-on.

Where does astrocartography come from?
Where does astrocartography come from?
Its roots reach back to Ptolemy's ancient astrological geography. In the late 1950s, astrologer Donald Bradley, Jim Lewis's own teacher, hand-drew one of the first maps tracing where the planets rose, set, and culminated across the globe, and in 1966 Gary Duncan published the first computer-generated locality map. In the 1970s, Jim Lewis shaped these early astro-geography maps into astrocartography as we know it today.
Is astrocartography accurate? Is it scientifically proven?
Is astrocartography accurate? Is it scientifically proven?
Astrocartography isn’t scientifically proven. Its value lies in the self-understanding and perspective it gives you. I’ve seen it in my own life, and my friends, family, and clients are just as amazed at how precisely their maps describe the places they’ve already lived, and at the bigger picture they reveal about their lives. I encourage you to test it yourself by looking at cities you know well.
